Nutrition & Exercise Coaching Plan

I carry out video and phone consultations so that you can carry out your consultation from the comfort of your own home, or during your lunch break. All you need is a laptop or tablet.

I use the secure zoom which is an app free to download and helps us communicate via Video and messenger for one month, also allowing you to document and track your progress.

1 month of nutrition coaching €105

Includes a 30 minute video (or phone) consultation followed by one month of messenger support as I coach you towards your goals, acting as a ‘Health Coach in your pocket’.

3 x months of nutrition coaching €240 when booked in advance.

Includes 3 x 30 minute video (or phone) consultations, with associated 3 months messenger support ‘Health Coach in your pocket’.
